PK&S Associates was founded by P K Maganti and is backed by a consortium of investors who share a long-term view. Our verticals reinforce one another: resources feed metals, metals and glass supply manufacturing, our real estate arm secures land for growth, and our technology arm connects them all. We partner with strong management teams and support them with capital, governance and patience.

Our Founder
P K Maganti alias Sailesh
Founder, PK&S Associates
P K Maganti, known to all as Sailesh, is the founder of PK&S Associates. He built the group together with a consortium of investors, entrepreneurs and families who share his belief in patient, long-term capital.
From Hyderabad, Sailesh leads the group's investment strategy across all six verticals and its interests in India and abroad. He brings the consortium together around each opportunity and works closely with the management teams who run our businesses.
